The short answer is no, at least not directly. I’m what’s known as an “Out-of-Network” provider. This means that I can provide you with services, which you would pay for in full and up front, and you may get reimbursed by your insurance provider directly at a later date. Most insurance providers need you to submit a document called a “Super Bill”, which I can provide you, to show that you paid for and received services from a professional to be considered for reimbursement.

Please be aware that when using health insurance to pay for psychotherapy, parts of your mental health records and history must be made available to your insurance provider in order to facilitate a reimbursement. I highly recommend that you contact your insurance provider directly prior to starting services, in order to fully explore and understand the limits of your treatment, confidentiality, and payment reimbursement options.
