There are a few really important components to seeing results:

1. Show up for yourself every week as scheduled. Yes, every week. It’s important to have consistency with your sessions to keep you moving toward your goals.

2. Be honest with yourself and me. Show up as your authentic self. There are times when it will hurt to revisit memories from your past, but it may also be necessary. When you realize where you’ve been, it becomes easier to see where you want to be. I will be there with you as your devoted listener, your mirror, and partner during the journey.

3. Be open and ready for change. If you’re doing your part, it’s inevitable that things will change.
